For those in Canada: Don’t forget to change your time this Sunday!

November 5, 2017, 2:00:00 am clocks are turned backward 1 hour to Sunday, November 5, 2017, 1:00:00 am local standard time instead.  You don’t have to do that exactly at 2:00am though; do it before you go to bed.

That means you have an extra hour of sleep!  Sounds good to me!

Also as a friendly reminder, remember to change the batteries in your smoke alarm!
